Meet the team

  • Richard Mather

    FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR

    Richard left Sale Boys Grammar School and became a certified registered plumber by the age of 18. He then went on to work both on residential and commercial properties until focusing on the Industrial and Education sector at the age of 20 Since then, he progressed from plumber to project manager, finishing as contractor’s manager for a number of high-level companies. Richard then went on to set up Rembuild Ltd. in 2010 and although being Managing Director comes with a lot of other responsibilities, Richard still likes to be “hands on” to make sure Rembuild delivers what was promised.

  • Tim Bennett

    PROJECT CONSULTANT

    After graduating from Bath Spa University, Tim started working in the field of fitted furniture in 2008. Working for a furniture manufacturer, he quickly learnt the level of detail and knowledge required to successfully deliver a scheme that works for all involved. From there, Tim went on to to work for a turnkey specialist where he sharpened his focus on refurbishment projects. Tim then went on to become one of the co-owners of Rembuild in 2021. Here he is driven to ensure Rembuild delivers the best service, quality and value for money for every customer.

  • James Molyneux

    Project Manager

    After leaving school James started an apprenticeship in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering. Once he had completed his apprenticeship, he spent a further 12 years as an Electrical/Automation Engineer. He would also take on different projects, where he would design, implement and commission the project. Then he decided to step away from his Electrical role and more into Project managing, He started at Rembuild in June 2023 and since joining the team James has already used his organisation skills and previous experience to expand on Rembuild’s success.

  • Demi Mather

    OFFICE MANAGER

    After leaving school Demi attended South Trafford College to become an air stewardess, she gained her wings with Thomas Cook to fill her dream but sadly her dream was cut short. When covid-19 hit she joined Greater Manchester Ambulance service during the early months of covid-19 along with studying Xero accounting. She is now an integral part of the Rembuild team and ensures the smooth running of our office.
